Interacting with the Table
There are 3 views options you find located above the table heading, they are as follows, Gallery View, Progress View, and Favorites view. Each is pretty self explanatory but here’s a breakdown.
Gallery View
This is the default view, here you can see the thumbnail for each exercise.
Progress View
- check off exercises as you complete them, allowing you to track your progress
- give each experience it’s own “mindfulness rating.”
- In the space provided under the column heading “Mindfulness Rating” give the exercise a number rating between one and ten. type that number here, and hit enter.
- Create a list of favorites. Got a few you like more than others? Save them to your favorites list.
Favorites View
A Gallery View filtered to show only the selections you have favorited.
